Overview
AppDiscipline is an app review and app discovery site created to give people a sneak preview into the fast-growing world of apps. We have all browsed through the app store and thought about downloading a new app; However, after thinking about limited storage space and the overwhelming thought of having to learn a new app, the install usually gets aborted. The screenshots and descriptions of the app uploaded in the app stores usually does not provide enough info to make a decision, so we wanted to give users the info they need in order to decide which apps they should and should not download.
Why We Do It
People love to watch videos of other people doing things like cook, eat, play games, shop, etc.. That’s why we wanted to give people the opportunity to watch us test out various apps. There have been so many instances where we have been close to installing a new app, but in the end decided against it because it was not worth the time or storage space.
How We Do It
Each week we browse the app boards and really dig into social media to find out what are the latest and greatest apps we should be testing for people. Not only do we test new apps, but we also do reviews on older ones that have been around for a while so people can decide if they should hop on the band wagon.
After we decide which apps are worth our testing time, we film a video of our screen as we test the app for the very first time. That way people can actually see what’s involved in starting the app, how it works, and if it is something they want to install themselves.

AppDiscipline strives to be one of the greatest app review sites and social channels on the internet. Not only do we want our app videos to be educational and informative, but we want them to be entertaining as well. The most important thing to us is actually adding some real value in people’s decision making process when it comes to which apps they should download. As an app discovery platform we want people to learn about new apps that will benefit their lives, and give them the info they crave in order to decide whether or not to download those older more popular apps.
